How the work is done

We design APIs from the app’s screens backwards, so each endpoint returns what a screen needs in a single request. Services are written in Go or in TypeScript on Node.js, with Python for data and document processing jobs, and data lives in PostgreSQL unless there is a clear reason for something else.

Authentication, rate limiting and input validation are in place from the first deployment. Every service ships with structured logs and health checks, so a problem in production can be traced rather than guessed at.

These are the measures we track and report on. Target values are agreed for each project rather than promised in advance.
